Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and understanding current system processes.

Perform QA testing using positive and negative test cases to validate business rules and system behavior.

Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy across databases and application interfaces.

Maintain and enhance system documentation in alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Work closely with project teams and product managers to support solution design and delivery.

Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum, Kanban) to manage tasks and contribute to project execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

2–4 years of experience in business analysis, QA testing, or systems analysis roles.

Strong proficiency in SQL, data validation, and QA testing with experience in analyzing system behavior and business rules.

Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Scrum/Kanban) and ability to create clear documentation, test cases, and functional requirements
