Description

You will analyze and optimize insurance claims processes for the Homeowners insurance line.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and manage business requirements for claims processing.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Assist in the configuration and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimsCenter or similar management systems.
• Develop process flows, user stories, and business requirements documentation.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify process optimization areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on claims processes.
• Experience in Homeowners insurance domain.
• Knowledge of claims lifecycle, insurance operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimsCenter, Duckcreek, or Majesco.
• Ability to perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience specifically with Guidewire ClaimsCenter in Homeowners insurance.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
