Description

You will gather business requirements, perform QA testing, and validate data accuracy to support solution design and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Perform QA testing using positive and negative test cases to validate business rules.
• Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy across databases.
• Maintain system documentation in alignment with organizational standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage tasks and contribute to project execution.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, QA testing, or systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Experience with QA testing and analyzing system behavior.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including Jira, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Ability to create clear documentation, test cases, and functional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with current system process analysis.
• Background in supporting solution design and delivery.
