Description

You will lead the translation of complex business workflows into intuitive UI/UX designs and wireframes for the PRISM application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed low-, mid-, and high-fidelity wireframes, screen flows, and interaction models for enterprise features.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Inventory Planning, and Operations teams to validate workflows and capture user journeys.
• Translate Blueprint artifacts (200+ user stories) into screen-level designs with full traceability to business requirements.
• Align designs with Marriott DTT UI/UX standards, defining reusable patterns and component libraries for scalability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and front-end developers to ensure wireframes accurately reflect API-driven interactions and data flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or UX-focused BA.
• Proven track record delivering UI/UX wireframes for complex, data-heavy enterprise applications.
• Hands-on proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong ability to design complex data grids, planning interfaces, dashboards, and role-based user experiences.
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working within Agile/SDLC environments.
• Ability to facilitate working sessions and translate functional features into intuitive designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API-driven applications, microservices architectures, and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with inventory, reservation, or revenue management systems, particularly in hospitality.
• Ability to understand data models and integration points (e.g., ACRS, EDW).
