You will support data migration and conversion activities by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration and conversion activities and processes.
• Document business processes and requirements specifically around data conversion approaches.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including stories and process flows.
• Recommend the elimination, retention, or enhancement of business processes and document the outcomes.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in data migration, cleansing, and conversion projects.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL queries for technical design, cleansing, and defect resolution.
• Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Migration.
• Knowledge of Data Conversion and Database Design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Corrections processes.
• Understanding of underlying technical architecture, legacy systems, and database platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot data conversion challenges and complex business problems.
