Responsibilities

• Document functional requirements and technical specifications for ERP and WMS systems.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement system workflow improvements.
• Translate complex technical workflows into clear, accessible documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a professional business analysis or technical writing role.
• Direct experience working with ERP systems.
• Direct experience working with WMS systems.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and accurately.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
