You will bridge the gap between complex technical systems and clear documentation for stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create technical and functional documentation for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable documents.
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of software systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise architectures to documentation workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Excel.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
