You will define and drive technical and functional requirements for system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Zoho implementations, including necessary API integrations using HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Construct workflow charts and system specifications after analyzing customer requirements.
• Support Project Managers in defining project milestones and ensuring on-time, quality deliverables.
• Contribute to project analysis by producing documentation like business requirements, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Champion process improvement initiatives within an Agile technology delivery context.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Experience in development and design within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Deep understanding of API Frameworks, Micro-services, and SDKs.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with API Frameworks.
• Familiarity with Project Manager workflows and methodologies.
• Ability to provide functional advisory and stimulate process changes.
