Description

You will define and drive technical and functional requirements for system implementations, focusing on scalable Zoho solutions and API integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Zoho implementations, including API integrations using HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Construct workflow charts and system specifications after analyzing customer requirements.
• Produce documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Support Project Managers in defining milestones and ensuring on-time, quality deliverables.
• Champion process improvement initiatives within an Agile technology delivery context.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in development and design.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with API Frameworks, Micro-services, and SDKs.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with Project Manager workflows and methodologies.
• Ability to provide functional advisory and stimulate process changes.

Preferred Skills

• Deluge scripting experience for Zoho implementations.
