Use data and analytics to drive business decisions across company projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics efforts for diverse projects alongside cross-functional teams.
• Build tools to streamline processes when working with large datasets.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while monitoring data integrity and validity.
• Plan, conduct, and interpret A/B tests to optimize existing features and implement new ones.
• Perform customer analysis covering churn, behavior, segmentation, trends, and value.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of practical experience as a data, product, or web analyst.
• Full proficiency in SQL for quantitative analysis.
• Hands-on experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of online business and customer behavior analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to drive projects from beginning to end with minimal guidance.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
