You bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions by analyzing and documenting requirements to support IT system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Create and maintain detailed process maps to illustrate current and future state workflows.
• Analyze complex data sets and develop data models to support decision-making.
• Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
• Experience with technology solution evaluation and feasibility studies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
