Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Model N platform, guiding commercial processes and implementation strategies alongside business stakeholders and the implementation partner.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep functional knowledge of Model N to guide commercial processes and implementation strategies.
• Manage requirements for chargebacks, rebates, direct sales, Medicaid, utilization, and Managed Care Organizations.
• Partner with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration of business needs into the Model N solution.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to resolve gaps and drive project progress.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of strong working knowledge in the Model N platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences or Pharma industries.
• Hands-on experience with commercial operations including chargebacks, rebates, and managed care.
• Strong understanding of business processes and RPA concepts.
• Ability to start immediately and contribute effectively without a transition period.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing markets area operations.
• Direct collaboration experience with external implementation partners.
