Description

Lead the configuration and implementation of reconciliation processes within capital markets environments. Own the full SDLC for reconciliation builds, from requirement gathering to go-live validation.

Responsibilities

• Configure TLM Recs Premium components including static setup, match rules, exception management, and dashboards.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSD).
• Execute data feed analysis and prepare Feed Specification Documents.
• Develop UAT test cases and provide hands-on testing support.
• Drive STP improvements by documenting process changes to upstream data and match rules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in capital markets reconciliations.
• Deep domain knowledge of Cash, Stock, Derivatives, MM, FX, and Fixed Income products.
• Hands-on experience with TLM Recs Premium 2.x/3.x (Smart Studio, Web Connect, TLM View, MI).
• Expertise in configuring match rules, passlists, workflows, and exception management.
• Proven experience with TLM automation programs and migrating legacy reconciliation processes.
• Experience working within Tier 1 and Tier 2 global banking environments.
• Strong proficiency in Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to lead teams or work as an individual contributor in complex reconciliation programs.
