You will act as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on consumer credit card management and collections and recovery strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage requirements through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle.
Engage stakeholders to drive project alignment and technical requirements.
Lead analytical processes to support financial services workflows.
Configure and manage system settings within the credit card ecosystem.
Required Skills
5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience within the financial services industry.
Deep expertise in consumer credit card management and collections or recovery strategies.
10+ years of experience in application development or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Knowledge of Financial Services, Banking, and Credit Card systems.
Preferred Skills
In-depth experience with TSYS TS2 and related systems (Issuer and Network).
Experience with TSYS setup and configuration for products, features, family cards, statements, rewards, card management, authorizations, TRIAD, collections, AACE, or ADM.
Solutioning skills involving TSYS options and vendor ecosystems.
