You will own the analysis and documentation of complex aviation operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Engage with airline operations, flight ops, and crew management stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
Analyze and document business processes, rules, and edge cases for Load Planning & Weight and Balance, Takeoff Performance/Aerodata, and Crew Pay rules.
Write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and traceable.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation from a business/functional standpoint.
Required Skills
8+ years as a Business Analyst specifically in the airline or aviation domain.
Hands-on experience with at least one of: Load Planning / Weight & Balance systems, Takeoff Performance / Aerodata, or Crew Management / Crew Pay systems.
Strong experience writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams (developers/QA).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
