Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of complex aviation operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with airline operations, flight ops, and crew management stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, rules, and edge cases for Load Planning & Weight and Balance, Takeoff Performance/Aerodata, and Crew Pay rules.
• Write clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with developers and QA to ensure requirements are understood, testable, and traceable.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation from a business/functional standpoint.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst specifically in the airline or aviation domain.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: Load Planning / Weight & Balance systems, Takeoff Performance / Aerodata, or Crew Management / Crew Pay systems.
• Strong experience writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams (developers/QA).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or ALM tools.
