Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Lead requirement workshops, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous enhancements.

Required Skillset:

• Business Analysis & Product Ownership.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Requirements gathering & documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Transportation, or a related discipline.
• CBAP, CSPO, or similar certifications are an asset
