Description

Leads business analysis initiatives to assess client problems, document technical requirements, and define solution frameworks for I&IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct business analysis to assess business problems, opportunities, and requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Develop context diagrams, use cases, process maps, stakeholder maps, and systems diagrams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create business cases, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and perform feasibility studies for I&IT initiatives.
• Facilitate in-depth workshops to elicit, review, and confirm business requirements, including business process reengineering and user interface design.
• Develop performance measures, oversee production support, and manage problem identification and resolution activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis for projects or as a functional consultant.
• Proficiency in developing use cases, user stories, and requirements documentation.
• Experience creating process maps, stakeholder maps, and systems diagrams.
• Ability to write business cases and conduct options analysis and feasibility studies.
• Understanding of Enterprise business architectural concepts and Public Sector standards.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle, database concepts, and change management.
• Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirements gathering sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor evaluation and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and quality assurance principles.
