Drive data governance initiatives by bridging the gap between business users, IT, and compliance teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data-related business processes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to implement data governance frameworks.
• Create complex business rules for data quality and perform data profiling.
• Validate data within source systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track data governance KPIs and process progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance concepts, including Data Catalogue, Lineage, Data Quality, and Reference Data.
• Experience with data profiling and data lineage implementation.
• Proven ability in documentation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and validation via Postman.
