Analyze business needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency within capital markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements through collaboration with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams.
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to assess the impact of changes on existing systems.
• Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within capital markets, investment banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products, trading processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process modeling methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and risk assessment techniques.
