You will bridge business requirements and system development, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements across business units and evaluate existing system processes using real-time data.
• Generate process documentation and reports to drive stakeholder decisions.
• Create and implement project management plans ensuring transparent communication.
• Perform and communicate quality assurance throughout the systems development lifecycle.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Proficiency with Agile Methodology and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience authoring and updating internal and external technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Selenium, BDD, SoapUI, and System Integration testing.
• Experience with Jenkins and Postman.
• Familiarity with Test Data Management, Zephyr, and JAWS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
