Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive solution delivery within Investor Services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Drive requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and backlog grooming sessions in an Agile environment.
• Analyze current processes to identify optimization, automation, and improved data flow opportunities.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and system integration across upstream/downstream applications.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within Financial Services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Investor Services, Asset Management, Custody, or Fund Services.
• Proven experience with data-driven projects and system integration initiatives.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Solid understanding of data flows, data analysis, and reporting mechanisms.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory standards in a regulated banking environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to facilitate clear alignment between business and technical teams.
