Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build self-serve dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives for senior leadership and business partners.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting solutions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and guide teams on BI best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BI reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Excel.
• Strong command of DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with semantic data modelling and working with large datasets.
• Ability to combine multiple data sources to produce actionable insights.
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field (math, physics, engineering, finance, or computer science) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes and data hygiene improvements.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
