Description

Own data governance, compliance, and data retention execution for enterprise data assets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data management and governance compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Execute Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation, including analysis, documentation, and manual disposition.
• Identify, escalate, and document project and data risks and issues.
• Inventory and catalogue existing data assets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate on deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data governance and data management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Confluence for documenting and tracking work.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to build Excel-based reports.
• Experience managing timelines and identifying project risks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
