Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to drive product development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical constraints.
• Lead requirement workshops, sprint planning, UAT, and stakeholder demonstrations throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions to enhance product performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Ownership.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Transportation, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, CSPO, or similar professional certifications.
