You will plan and execute detailed system requirements, identify business systems issues, and document stakeholder needs to support project objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
• Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using appropriate information gathering and data modeling techniques.
• Review test plans, scenarios, and cases; support Development, Quality Assurance, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation, including identifying risks, dependencies, and constraints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst in requirements planning, data mapping, and analysis.
• 5+ years of Banking experience in Data Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in use case development and technical documentation.
• Experience with data modeling techniques and information gathering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage project objectives within budget and on time.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Background in identifying and managing project risks and dependencies.
