Description

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and implement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to identify business needs and document requirements and process flows.
• Perform data profiling, data integration, and system analysis to support business planning and reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation including use cases, swim lanes, data mapping, and functional decomposition.
• Prepare and document User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Business Acceptance Test (BAT) plans to secure formal sign-offs.
• Estimate work effort required to implement defined project scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst across various domains.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan.
• Working knowledge of SDLC models including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
• Experience with business reporting frameworks such as Business Objects.
• Competency in Microsoft Visio for process flow diagrams and Excel for data presentation.
• Ability to perform interface analysis, risk analysis, and non-functional requirements analysis.
• Strong documentation skills using MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
