Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and testing of requirements for loan systems, ensuring alignment with commercial lending lifecycle processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for loan systems.
• Perform functional analysis to ensure alignment with commercial lending lifecycle processes.
• Conduct testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect management.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support data reconciliation and loan accounting processes while working with development and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or QA roles.
• Hands-on experience with ACBS and/or LoanIQ systems (loan booking, servicing, or syndication workflows).
• Strong understanding of commercial lending lifecycle, loan accounting, and data reconciliation.
• Proven experience in testing, UAT coordination, and defect management.
• Domain experience in banking or financial services.
• Business Analysis and Systems Analysis practices.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
