You support software delivery by gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
• Work with product owners and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT.
• Experience gathering requirements via stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall software development life cycles.
• Proficiency developing user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with business process improvement or workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart.
