Description

Lead AI data requirements, governance strategy, and executive reporting for AI readiness initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for AI-ready data, including AWS sandbox onboarding, data quality profiling, and documentation in Jira/Confluence using SAFe methodologies.
• Develop AI enablement strategies and governance artifacts, including responsible AI policies, model ownership, bias frameworks, and Palantir Foundry evaluation support.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, and ROI models for leadership, maintaining RAID logs and operating models.
• Manage AI Hub collaboration and use-case intake, defining data onboarding requirements and tracking the AI pipeline growth.
• Support BI and data initiatives using Power BI, Qlik, and Informatica, while assisting in observability tool evaluation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Business Analysis with a focus on IT, data, or analytics projects.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML project requirements and lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency with AWS data platforms including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and SageMaker.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools: Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Strong background in SQL, data governance, lineage, quality, and metadata management.
• Ability to build complex presentations, business cases, and ROI models.
