Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of business requirements and system documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Create UI/UX mockups and workflows to visualize system processes.
• Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify and propose improvements.
• Design and execute test plans and test scripts to ensure requirements are met.
• Produce user documentation and training manuals for end-user instruction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience working within a structured SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in developing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Hands-on experience creating UI/UX mockups and workflows using Visio or similar design tools.
• Ability to gather information through interviews, observations, surveys, and meetings.
• Experience writing test plans, executing test scripts, and conducting testing.
• Proven ability to create and deliver user training manuals and demonstrations.
• A 4-year college degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe XD.
• Background in customer service, end-user support, or helpdesk support.
