You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business vision into technical solutions and leading requirement gathering efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather user stories and translate them into detailed business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Define solution acceptance criteria and capture functional software requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Lead client workshops to understand business problems and propose effective solutions.
• Mentor Business Analysts and development team members on best practices and Pega concepts.
• Translate business vision into technology impacts, ensuring alignment with engineering capabilities.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of dedicated business analysis experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience specifically as a PEGA Business Architect.
• Current certification as a PEGA Business Architect (held for a minimum of 3 years).
• Solid experience with business process modeling and change management.
• Proficiency with Business Architect and Pega Business Architect concepts and tools.
• Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the entire SDLC.
• Proven experience participating in Agile software development environments and sprints.
• Strong ability to partner with Product Owners and key stakeholders to drive solutions.
