Description

You will own functional requirements and business process mapping for retail administrative software.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Understand the specific business behavior of existing retail administrative software.
• Map the interplay between administrative software, terminals, vending machines, and payment systems.
• Elaborate on Epics, Features, and user stories with the development team.
• Act as the functional reference point for development and testing teams.
• Validate release deliverables prior to production deployment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Lead BA on enterprise retail projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of unattended retail business operations.
• Proficiency in working within Agile project methodologies.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore development teams.
• Working knowledge of applications developed in Java.
• Skilled in using Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
• Strong documentation skills, including awareness of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Ability to participate in client cadence calls for intake and clarification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated QA processes.
