Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Create detailed process maps to illustrate current and future state workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support quality assurance teams in developing and executing test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with documentation including user stories and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
