You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for projects of varying scales.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements.
• Analyze client and stakeholder needs to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Define, design, and document business flows and processes.
• Create Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to manage technical project aspects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
• Expertise in drafting Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documentation.
• Ability to design and document complex business flows and processes.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
