Description

You will act as a Cerner Analyst supporting PowerChart implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build PowerNote, PowerForm, PowerPlan, Dynamic Docs, and ESH.
• Develop and maintain Cerner CCL reports and custom reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current and future state workflows.
• Lead system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot complex EHR system, interface, and integration issues including HL7 and FSIs.
• Manage user access, training, onboarding, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT or EHR systems support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Cerner Millennium and Cerner Olympus.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 interfaces and integrations.
• Experience with FSIs (Foreign Systems Integration).
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
• Experience ensuring compliance with NIST and FISMA security standards.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cerner CCL (Discern Query Language).
• Knowledge of Cerner modules: PowerChart, Bedrock, Remedy RLN, WQM, and RRD.
• Experience with JavaScript, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.
