Process modeling and documentation

Implementation and transition planning
Production support activities
Cross-functional team collaboration
Minimum 5 years of experience working within Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting end users in a production environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
Minimum 3 years of experience creating complex requirements documentation, including:
Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
Use Cases
User Stories
As-Is and To-Be Process Flows
Narrative Requirements Documentation
Minimum 3 years of experience working independently while meeting deadlines and solving complex business problems.
Minimum 2 years of experience with process analysis, systems analysis, process architecture methodologies, and project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

2+ years of experience using SQL or similar query tools for data analysis.
3+ years of experience applying requirements management best practices.
3+ years of experience developing training materials and conducting end-user training.
