Responsibilities

• Assess current states and identify customer requirements to define future business solutions.
• Develop strategies for integrating Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) into business processes.
• Lead the development of comprehensive reports based on research findings to drive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data analysis and interpretation techniques.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to manage team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps).
• Experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• Data Analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to research, gather, and synthesize complex information.
• Experience optimizing IT operations using AIOps tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
