Description

You will assess and improve the processes and code used to produce District and State Performance Framework reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current data processes and code to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors in data flow.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Produce technical business requirements and data processing documentation for reporting infrastructure.
• Document business rules and create process maps to illustrate workflows for report generation.
• Coordinate work to meet project deadlines and deploy internal quality control processes for all deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and coding.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with Oracle and Toad.
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse environments.
• Strong documentation skills for technical requirements and business rules.
• Ability to navigate data environments independently without technical support.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Quality Assurance processes.
• Experience communicating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica, Tableau, or R.
