Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate objectives into functional requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify dependencies and risks.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate on solution design to ensure technical specifications align with business objectives.
• Assist in testing new systems and processes to validate they meet required standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and monitor IT solutions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or ITIL standards.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
