You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver payment processing solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for ACH payments and downstream integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications using Jira and Confluence.
• Document API interfaces, including request/response formats, authentication, and data mappings.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Validate implementations against business requirements and support testing activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, specifically ACH integration and business rules.
• Proficiency in Jira for managing epics, stories, and sprint backlogs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML structures, and authentication methods.
• Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments, including roles as a Scrum Master or team lead.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements directly from business users.
• Expertise in technical documentation and process clarification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mortgage or treasury/payments departments within large financial institutions.
• Familiarity with Fedwire, Zelle, or other real-time payment systems.
• Prior consulting experience in cross-functional delivery teams.
