You will define and prioritize business requirements for change initiatives within Finance, Risk, and Treasury.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements and develop delivery approaches via process or technology changes.
• Document business outcomes and functional specifications as product backlogs for new Finance initiatives.
• Create detailed GUI mock-ups and visual requirements to align development and business teams.
• Analyze UAT issues and assist users and developers in resolving them.
• Provide recommendations for process re-engineering and improvements across Finance, Risk, and Treasury.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of direct experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Proven experience in data analysis, including SQL data queries and data interrogation.
• Proven experience in data modelling and business process modelling.
• In-depth knowledge of Finance processes, specifically sub-ledger accounting functions.
• Good knowledge of Investment Banking / Financial Services products.
• In-depth knowledge of projects adopting various delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile).
• Understanding of Agile SDLC concepts, including Scrum/Kanban methodology.
• Extensive experience managing stakeholders at Director and Managing Director levels.
• Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions with supporting analysis.
