Description

You will act as the liaison between business owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document business and non-functional requirements using user stories, data modeling, process flow modeling, and mockups.
• Define and document business rules clearly.
• Facilitate requirements gathering meetings, including kickoffs, software reviews, and demos.
• Ensure development solutions align directly with stated business needs and goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience documenting requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze user requirements using critical thinking.
• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation).
• Experience working with website and mobile application development teams.
• Expertise in eliciting requirements.
