Description

You own the end-to-end business analysis for complex, large-scale initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven, scalable solutions.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience gathering requirements for complex systems and integrations.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and Data Analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams.
