Description

You own the analysis and documentation required to deliver complex IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria for IT systems.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize project activities within governance structures.
• Apply SDLC procedures across the entire system development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience eliciting requirements and writing design documents.
• 8+ years experience working within an Agile environment.
• 8+ years experience managing complex IT systems.
• 8+ years experience with project governance structures and reporting.
• 6+ years experience with ALM tools (TFS, VSTS, Azure DevOps, Jira, IBM’s Rational Team Suite).
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or relational database software.
• 5+ years familiarity with data modeling standards or architecture design and analysis.
• 8+ years excellent task management and prioritization in cross-functional settings.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
