Description

You will own the analysis and execution of IT solutions for specialty insurance products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for financial planning and insurance products.
• Collaborate with client organizations to define technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Manage platform rationalization initiatives and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Take ownership of assigned components, mentoring team members as needed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Planning.
• Hands-on experience with the Xceptor tool.
• Experience building JIRA stories and documenting requirements.
• Strong experience writing SQL queries and working with Databases.
• Proven experience working with development teams independently.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL practices.
• Experience with JIRA and Remedy tools.
• Awareness of IT Tech stacks, including Front End Languages, Cloud, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Analysis and Data Migration.
