You will shape enterprise-level insights and drive strategic decision-making by analyzing business trends, building dashboards, and recommending data-driven actions to improve outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external business trends to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to gather context, align on KPIs, and develop a comprehensive narrative of enterprise results.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and reports for executive audiences.
• Partner with Finance and operational leaders to quantify the financial impact of proposed strategic actions and assess ROI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and models that support strategic planning, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment on data-driven recommendations.
• Insurance industry experience, specifically P&C insurance, within the last 4-5 years.
• Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to drive efficiency and conduct deep research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PNC insurance experience.
• Experience in financial services or enterprise data governance.
