You will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver working product increments to clients on time and within budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals and operations to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with product management and stakeholders.
• Design business processes and recommend changes to improve system effectiveness and efficiency.
• Calculate costs and benefits of alternative actions to establish return on investment.
• Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to project leaders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of EBT, SNAP, and TANF programs.

Preferred Skills

• General understanding of federal and state government programs like Medicaid, WIC, and Employment & Training.
• Knowledge of policies and state/federal regulations for public assistance programs.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages and platforms.
