Description

Lead business process analysis and automation strategy, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-deployment optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify, prioritize, and document automation opportunities across departments.
• Gather detailed requirements and define project scope, creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for RPA developers and create user stories.
• Participate in testing automated processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to requirements.
• Monitor performance of implemented automations and maintain a prioritized backlog of improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on process improvement and automation.
• Proficiency in analyzing business processes and creating visual process flow diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of SQL and database structures.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare industry workflows and compliance standards.
