Elicit, document, and validate business requirements while facilitating stakeholder workshops and driving process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements, ensuring end-to-end traceability in Azure DevOps.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain functional specifications including UML/BPMN diagrams.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, coordinating activities with development teams.
• Support change management, user training, and solution adoption within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology or software development projects.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management and work tracking.
• Strong experience creating user stories and defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design (FDD).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or PMP.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or similar business applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
