Description

You will translate high-level software requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering design and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories with sufficient technical depth to support implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Define clear functional requirements, edge cases, and workflow definitions for business processes.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity before development.
• Maintain work items in Jira, including stories, defects, dependencies, and status updates.
• Document Salesforce and CRM workflows, focusing on platform behavior and data flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM workflows.
• Strong experience with Jira for development management.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and distributed engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Located in Eastern or Central time zones.
